Toby Carr serves as the Vice President for Government Relations for the University of Georgia and oversees University relations with federal, state and local government officials. On campus, he reports to the President and works closely with the Provost and other senior administrators to advance programs and activities that are important to the institution.
Grant Thomas serves as the Director of State Relations for the University of Georgia. In this role, Grant is the primary liaison between the University and state government officials. Grant represents UGA in all matters with state government officials, agencies, departments, and other higher education institutions in Georgia.
Carly McCallie serves as the Director of Federal Relations for the University of Georgia. Her position includes planning, coordinating, and executing university priorities with the federal government, as well as serving as the university’s liaison with Congress, federal departments and agencies, and higher education associations and advocacy groups.
Alison Bracewell McCullick
Alison McCullick serves as the Community Relations Coordinator for the University of Georgia. In her role, Alison heads the Office of Community Relations and serves as the primary liaison between UGA and the Athens-Clarke County government, businesses, neighborhoods, nonprofit organizations, community leaders and individuals.
Kristen Linthicum serves as the Government Relations Associate for the University of Georgia. In this role, Kristen is based in Athens and supports Vice President for Government Relations as well as the directors of federal, state, and community relations.
Reaganne Coile serves as the Government Relations Assistant for the University of Georgia. Reaganne coordinates communications and public relations strategies and supports the Vice President for Government Relations as well as the directors of federal, state and community relations.
Samantha Cadet serves as the Assistant Director of Federal Relations. In this D.C. based role, Samantha works closely with the director of federal relations in executing university priorities with the federal government and manages the University’s facility in D.C.—Delta Hall.
Karen Davis serves as the Executive Assistant in the Office of Government Relations for the University of Georgia. She assists with scheduling and office communications and serves the role of office manager.
